Commercial Interior Design Service

Interior Design services offer creative solutions and expertise in designing the interior spaces of commercial spaces. This includes selecting furniture, color schemes, lighting, and other decorative elements to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing space. The service may also include project management and installation process. The goal of an Interior Design business is to transform a space into a beautiful, comfortable, and functional environment that reflects the client's personal style and meets their specific needs.

OUR PACKAGES

We offer different range of design services that can be adapted depending on one's budget,the level of assistance required, involvement of client and the scale of project.

We offer a free 15 minutes initial consultation.

NB; An initial consultation which requires the interior designer coming to the property must be paid for.

PACKAGE ONE

This is for clients who have time to invest in their own design and choose their own furniture or have their own furniture but needs a professional guidance without employing an interior designer for the whole project. This package includes;

-Pre-meeting questionnaires.

-60 minutes consultation meeting either online or face to face.(charged separately from design fee).

-60 minutes zoom call to present completed idea and explain choices.

-1 round of amendment to design document.

-2D visualisation of your project.

-Furniture layout plan

-Follow-up with emails/ calls.

PACKAGE TWO

This package is for clients who don't require the 3rd design package but would like the full inerior design service.This package includes:

-2 hours consultation either online or face.(charged separately from design fee).

-Style advice.

-Identifying areas which needs improvement.

-Sourcing furniture,fittings and equipment.

-3D visualisation of project.

-Production of design document to include your room requirements, inspiration mood board with styles and colours.

-Send shopping link for each product.

-Furniture layout plan.

-Window dressing ideas.

-60 minutes zoom call to present completed ideas and explaining choices.

-3 times design revisions.

PACKAGE THREE

This package is for clients who want full interior design service. Full involvement from sourcing of furniture to installation. This package includes:

-2 hours onsite consultation. (Charged separately from design fee).

-Summary of your interior design style, project briefing and how to achieve your vision.

-Production of design documents.

-2D and 3D visualisation Of your project.(space planning and furniture placements).

-Inspirational images to illustrate your vision.

-Colour scheme including wallpaper choices and paint if required.

-Window dressing ideas.

-Furniture suggestions up to 5 items of your choice,complete with shopping list.

-Wall or fabric sample sent through the post.(if applicable).

-Coordination of installation,styling and finishing.

OUR DESIGN PROCESS

1. DISCOVERY; our journey together commences with a 2-hour on site consultation to help us meet and know our client, their needs, lifestyle, expectations and budget. Using the brief, we develop a comprehensive proposal and plan for the client's review and consideration.

2. Design; we move to the design stage following the on site consultation. At our design stage, our client will receive a design presentation of their floor plan with a 2D and 3D renderings of their project with a proposed furniture layout. Once the client has approved the design, we start with furniture sourcing from our suppliers.Final mood board with sourced furniture will be shared with client. Feedback from client is necessary at this stage before we move to procurement and execute stage.

3. PROCUREMENT STAGE; Once the design is approved, we progress into procurement and project coordination phase. Our dedicated team manages every aspect of the procurement process, from placing orders and coordinating deliveries and conducting quality checks.

4. EXECUTE STAGE; with all relevant work completed and all items procured, we fix a date for installation. The stage your design comes to life. We meticulously style the space, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully curated to create a cohesive and visually captivating environment. The result is a harmonious fusion of design and functionality that exceeds your expectations and enhances your everyday living experience.

IS THERE A FEE FOR THE INITIAL CONSULTATION?

There is a fee for our consultation which lasts for 2 hours in your home. This fee ensures dedicated time with our experienced designer, who will deeply access your space, discuss your aspirations and provide tailored guidance. It's an investment in receiving personalised, high-quality advice and innovative design solution that will elevate your project.
